As part of our lease on the space for Legends with the Old Town property, we had the option to produce an annual Halloween event for the entire property.  The event was geared to be family friendly with lots of selfie opportunities provided in the form of interactive "scare zones".  Each of the blocks of the pier like theme park received a different theme treatment.  One of my favorite themes we did was a mash-up of classic monsters and custom-made leather armor.  The monsters were assigned to vignettes that matched their stories, where they could interact with guest visiting the event.  I sourced vacuum-form panels from a haunt vendor, which we took and personalized with our own paint finishes and finishing touches; including burlap, erosion cloth, cheese cloth, silk plants and vines as well as colored LED theatrical lighting rated for outdoor use.
